Recruitment
During recruitment process, we collect only the data you provide or that we obtain with your consent. Your personal data may be processed in various ways, for example:

During recruitment, we may process the following types of personal data:

We use Plausible Analytics (https://plausible.io/), a privacy-friendly tool, to review website visit statistics. All measurements are anonymous, with no cookies or personal data collection. Data is processed exclusively on servers owned and operated by European companies, and it never leaves the EU. 3. WHO PROCESSES MY DATA?
Within Dinit, only those functions and employees who need your data to fulfill your request will have access to it. Where necessary, your personal data will be processed by processors with whom Dinit has agreements. Dinit may also forward your personal data to third parties if there is a proven legal basis (e.g., state authorities).
4. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the specific purpose for which it was provided or collected. If you have consented, your personal data used for job applications will be kept for a maximum of one year. Otherwise, personal data will be retained until the end of the selection process. Upon withdrawal of consent, we will immediately and permanently destroy your personal data. Data from the Plausible Analytics tool is stored for 24 hours, after which it is anonymized so that personal data can no longer be retrieved. 5. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN CONNECTION WITH PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING?
You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed and, if so, also information about such processing. Additionally, upon meeting the relevant conditions, you have the right to request the addition, correction, limitation of processing, transfer, or deletion of personal data or to file an objection against the processing of personal data concerning you.
To exercise these rights, an individual must complete an application obtained from the controller. The completed and signed application should be forwarded to the manager at the contacts listed in section 2.1. An individual can also write down an application at the controller’s headquarters.
Based on the received application, the controller will work towards resolving your request. As part of this process, the controller will need to verify the identity of the applicant.
The controller is obliged to decide on the request without undue delay and in any case within one month after receiving the request. If necessary, this deadline can be extended by a maximum of two additional months, considering the complexity and number of requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
An individual can complain to the Information Commissioner in case of non-respect of rights regarding the processing of personal data. 6. DATA SECURITY
Dinit has implemented appropriate technical measures (e.g., logging, access restrictions, data security) and organizational measures (e.g., employee instructions, confidentiality agreements, checks) to ensure the security of collected and processed data, protecting it from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, falsification, or destruction. Personal data processing is restricted to employees and contractual processors who require it for their work.
Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries you send to us. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser’s address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in the browser bar.
